If someone was able to figure it out, the problem would still remain that there is no way to make the game access an unofficial source to make the mod function in-game.

Even with the 360 DevKit you would be hard-pressed to decipher all the proprietary formats that the 360 uses in its games. PC mods can not be used on the 360 because of format differences and file structure differences.

So, can it happen? I am willing to devote some time to make it work. Then either the format would have to be expanded, or the files delivered in a similar format.

The potential issue left that I see is whether the game would install to a conventional structure, or if it would all be packed into some sort of bulls*** XBox container format. But the 360 is essentially a PC, and I'm sure there's some sort of file explorer program out there that can easily be installed. Then there's the matter of getting the files into the directory structure and getting the game to recognize it. Presumably the game would have to be installed to the hard drive, right off the bat. Plus, I know it won't equal the creativity of the independent modding community. I don't feel like waiting around for Bethesda release "official" content and I don't want to have to pay for it, either.

So is there any way to get mods made for the PC version working on the 360? The main menu does have a downloads button, after all. That means I'm stuck with the 360 version. I, sadly, do not have the money to buy a computer capable of running Fallout 3. Hopefully this has not been covered already, but I looked and didn't see anything, so here goes:
